Is Travel Required?List Item 1
Significant travel is required. Projects typically last 10 weeks and you will not come home during that time. Our crews work 6 days a week. All work is done overnight. Employees are paid for 10hrs per day or actual time worked if greater than 10hrs

Do I need prior experience?List Item 2
No. We provided all necessary training.

What are the physical requirements for installersList Item 3
Employees must be physically able to lift 75 pounds repeatedly, kneel, squat, crawl ,etc. This is a physically demanding job. Duties may include demo, running floor and hand grinders, clean-up and other duties asked of you by your crew leader.

Is there drug testing?List Item 4
Pre Employment drug screening is mandatory, as well as random drug testing.

Is there overtime available?
Yes! Employees are paid for 10hrs per day or actual time worked if greater than 10hrs. You will work a minimum of 60 hours a week but will be paid an additional 10 hours of overtime on your day off if you are not tardy or absent any time during the work week. Pay Example: 70 hours per week. ($14.00 per hr/$21.00 overtime = $1190 wkly estimate)
